This retuns policy applies only to products purchased directly from elyonwindsor.com. If you purchased Elyon Windsor products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their returns process.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of delivery,provided that:

• The item is unusedand unopened,
• The original hygiene seal is unbroken,
• The item is in its original packagingand in resalable condition
